Risale a circa una settimana fa il mio post sulla mia personale lista dei desideri e sono ben felice oggi di condividere con voi la gioia di un desiderio realizzato (anche se un pò spifferato!).

Ho la fortuna di avere gli amici più meravigliosi del mondo che hanno fatto la buona azione di regalarmi il tanto desiderato Arty Ring di YSL per la mia laurea. Non vi starò a descrivere la gioia di aprire quella scatolina, poi la bustina ed avere finalmente fra le mani il mio Artie! Sarà una di quelle cose da tramandare di generazione in generazione.

So che è un pezzo introvabile, quindi ho intervistato bene la mia amica Vale per sapere tutti i dettagli (prezzo escluso per doveri di ricevente del regalo!) sull'anello.

Me lo hanno preso alla boutique YSL di Bologna e ne avevano un altro con la pietra rosa e uno con la pietra blu di misura inferiore (il mio è un 7). In ogni caso anche il commesso ha confermato l'irreperibilità di questo oggetto.

I paid 11 pounds (very good price, trust me). Scott Barnes is, in my humble opinion, one of the best makeup artist in the world. Contiene tantissime sezioni (fondotinta-blush-ombretto-rossetto-trucco per asiatiche-trucco per over 40), piene di foto meravigliose e di consigli pratici e utili. I tutorial passo a passo sono chiari e abbastanza semplici da seguire, si legge bene e si apprezza anche molta ironia nel tono della Morris. Dovessi consigliarvi un libro sul makeup, la mia scelta cadrebbe su questo: utile, chiaro e completo.

Che ne dite, vi ho fatto venir voglia di spendere?
